Should you come from the Human Resources field, we would like to see:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Ideally first experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting.
- Previous experience in services sale (preferably as Recruitment Consultant, HR Consultant or similar position).
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools and technology for talent acquisition.
But we are absolutely keen on discussing this opportunity with the career changers, that brings valuable industry experience and is eager to learn new skills sets. Furthermore, we seek in each individual;
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills both in German and English.
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on detail and time management.
