For our client, a company in the insurance industry based in Bern, we are looking for an Agile Software Tester for a permanent role.

Your responsibilities:

  • Joint development of innovative customer solutions for an outstanding user experience
  • Creation of test cases and execution of manual and automated tests
  • Responsibility for the acceptance and review of features and user stories with functional and non-functional acceptance criteria
  • Validation of test results and analysis of occurring errors
  • Execution and automation of regression tests to support regular Atupri releases
  • Ensuring the stability and quality of the software

Your qualifications:

  • Completed computer science degree, an ISTQB certification is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of practical experience as a software tester, ideally in an agile environment (SCRUM, Kanban or SAFe)
  • Great passion for testing and quality improvement as well as enjoyment in finding errors
  • A character that combines initiative, independence and team spirit and appreciates tackling challenges together with the team
  • Extensive experience with test management and test automation tools such as Cypress, Postman, Zephyr
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
